Trainers also EU project managers
The ETC trainers besides their training job are also involved in day-to-day EU project management in Ramboll Management Consulting. It is an excellent opportunity to learn from experience in the field where the rules are not written in one book. Trainers will share their own experiences in dealing with EU institutions, do's and don'ts in the application process and much more.
Focus on Practicalities The ETC training course on EU funding has a a practical approach. Acknowledging that the application process is a difficult one, the trainers provide plenty of real-life examples, including solutions to problems.
Testing your idea We have experienced that most of the trainees coming to the course have project ideas, but few have tools to test these ideas. During the practical part of the course we encourage group work among participants. Each group chooses an individual project idea, discusses it and presents their proposal. Afterwards trainers give their feedback and suggestions on how to improve it to optimise the chances of getting EU funding. We also help you develop a budget for your project idea.
The most up to date information Since Ramboll Management Brussels is located at the heart of Europe and trainers are also project managers it is a nature of our job to know the most up to date issues affecting our work.
A small team = effective learning The ETC has chosen a training from that maximizes the learning experience of the participant. Working in a small group, information is exchanged easily their experiences with EU funding. In addition ETC wants to create a networking platform where trainees meet their colleagues during breaks and at the evening dinner to discuss funding opportunities or expand their European network. The ETC training is limited to 20 participants, encouraging everyone to share projects.
Speakers from the European Commission The ETC training session gives you an excellent opportunity to hear from the people who are in charge of selecting projects and assigning funds to them. At least 2 speakers are invited to give presentations at the training with news from the European Commission - the biggest source of EU funds. Links | | | | Tailor-made EU seminars and more |
